EDITING CURRENT STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURES IN VAMPP

SOPs need to be posted or readily accessible and regularly updated. Employees need to be trained and SOPs need to be evaluated on a regular basis to ensure consistency.
SOPs can be edited in a word processing program such as Microsoft Word, Word Perfect, Note Pad or Word Pad. When in one of these programs:

1. Go to the folder that is located in C:\ Program Files\On Golden Line Dairy Ltd.\VAMPP\SOP
2. Select the report that you wish to change
3. Click Open
4. Make any changes that are specific for your farm.
5. Click the Save button.

Note: You must exit the word processing program to view the changes in your VAMPP folder.
