CREATING REGISTRATION APPLICATIONS FOR HOLSTEIN CANADA - paper copy

To print the form as requested by Holstein Canada, please do the following steps

1. In VAMPP, go to Industry, Breed assoc., registration application paper.
2. Select the animal numbers that you want to have applications printed out for. You may type in the desired animal and press ENTER, double click on the correct number with your mouse or highlight with your mouse the animal's number and click ADD. The selected animals will have their number moved to the BLUE BOX on the right hand side of the screen.
3. When the list of animals is selected, press OK

All the animals you selected will have their applications available to be printed.

• Click the 2nd icon from the left hand side on your tool bar to print all the registration papers.
• Click the 3rd icon from the left hand side on your tool bar to print only the registration paper that you can currently view.
• The >> button on the tool bar (6th icon from the left hand side) will allow you to page forward through each of the application forms.
• The << button on the tool bar (5th icon from the left hand side) will allow you to page backward through each of the application forms.

Printing NOTES - if printing all the application forms at one time:

1. Before printing the report, click on the 4th icon on the report tool bar which is the page set up button.

2. Remove the check in the Suppress page break between report sections - so each application will be printed on a separate page - Click OK

3. Press the 2nd button on the report tool bar to print the entire report of all of the application forms (Ctrl P) OR Press the 3rd button on the report tool bar to print the current page of the report.
